G-TEV elects new executive at AGM in Chattogram

Green Technical Education and Volunteering held its AGM in Chattogram, reviewed yearly activities and unanimously elected a new 15-member executive committee for 2026–2028, pledging efforts in skills, environment and empowerment.

Green Technical Education and Volunteering (G-TEV) on Thursday (January 15) held its Annual General Meeting at the Bangladesh-Korea Technical Training Centre in Chattogram(second-largest city in Bangladesh), reviewing its activities over the past year and forming a new executive committee for the next term.

The organisation unanimously formed a 15-member Executive Committee for the 2026–2028 term, electing Md Imran Chowdhury as president at the meeting.

During the AGM, members assessed G-TEV’s work in technical skills development, climate protection initiatives and volunteer engagement. Discussions also focused on future programmes and strategies aimed at strengthening the organisation’s capacity.

The newly elected committee pledged to strengthen G-TEV’s efforts further in technical education, skills development, environmental awareness, and community welfare.

G-TEV said it would continue to expand its activities in the coming years to support youth empowerment and promote sustainable development initiatives.
